I really wanted a permanent mount and tempered glass.
kappa windscreens had just what I was looking for.
Ray was great - working with me to get just what I was looking for and getting it done right.
It took longer to get it out of the box than it did to put it on the car.

job,l got it on Friday and l put it on Saturday,mam oh
man its just what the car needed,we had a wet weekend
so far in T.O so l haven't had a chance to show it

Lets go with the second version with the added rope. These images look much better all around and the extra touch with the added rope looks much, much better. Please keep the etched image at or under 12 inches in order to have decent rear visibility.

Anyway, it looks great and works like a champ. I really like the
silver cover on the LEDs. The install pictures that someone had posted
on the Solstice Forum showed red tape on the bottom. I had been
thinking about how to replace that with some silver tape or a piece of
chrome but now I don't have to bother.

I'm sooo excited!! The windscreen looks phenomenal! The installation was so easy even a girl could do it...and it took less than 20 minutes. I drove doing about 70 (with the windows down) and it was great! I'm really pleased and so glad I went with the tempered glass. It's sturdy, excellent quality, and looks exactly like the rest of the glass on my car. Here are the pictures I promised.

The paint color on the trim piece matches perfectly and the whole install/attachment looks great. Although I've only driven the car once at night since re-installation the illumination level seems to be perfect, not too bright or too low to be seen...Ray, you've got a great product and I think a superior method of attachment to the car.
